Mumbai 14, 2017: Ericsson India has presented another unique innovation “Smarter Dispatch Analytics in Jeopardy Management” at the Aegis Graham Bell Award Jury Round under the “Innovative Managed Services” category. Jeopardy management automation solution significantly reduces manual tasks by introducing an Intelligent ML Agent. The solution utilizes machine learning algorithms to calculate the probability that a work order will breach SLA and even prescribes the mode of solution as it progresses through its lifecycle. If the probability becomes higher than a threshold, an alarm is triggered without manual intervention. The probability being calculated in real time situations, for 1000s of cell towers, is proactive to circumstances and not static and thus, it promotes excellence in customer service delivery.
