Infinite Computer Solutions presented a unique innovation, “e-Nivaran,” at the Aegis Graham Bell Award Jury Round under the “Digital India Initiative” category. The e-Nivaran mobile app, which can be accessed on mobile devices like Android and iOS, is a one stop mobile app for Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) DISCOM’s consumers and self-care services. e-Nivaran provides consumer feedback to UPPCL and helps provide analysis consumer data like feedback, grievance, etc.  The app also provides better facilities to consumers by providing continuous access of its services anytime and anywhere and access to customer care to provide a better customer experience.
