Infynium’s Cloud Wi-Fi solution also enables metering of the content rendered at edge, making it a very powerful solution for Rural Wi-Fi proliferation. In this solution, the HD video, images and static content which can be educational, infotainment or cached from servers on internet can be served locally at high speeds to all users on wi-fi without violating the net neutrality principle. This is possible as the metering and policies are applied at the edge before the local content server, making the content server a part of the internet CDN (cloud distribution network).
