We have a vision to portray India as a conspicuous innovative hub for rising brilliance and virtuosity. We were often questioned about panache and endowment of our countrymen for being at power to the innovations of next Indian Google or Indian Microsoft. But, satirically those companies are lead by Indians. But, it was by 2010, that we realized that recognition in India is important showcasing innovators and their innovations that are changing the life of millions and today we are at the 8th edition recognizing innovation and innovators in India. With reformed mission to make India a center hub for innovations.

Any innovative product or solution is welcomed to be nominated under the various categories mentioned in the pre-requisites of the awards. This award is open to all whether it’s large, midsize or even startups that are judged unprejudiced on common platform. Initially the award was focused more on Indian innovations but as years passed by we received bulk nominations from overseas companies too. We are now open to all the companies in Telecom, Social, Mobility, Analytics and Cloud domain across the globe.

For submitting the nominations, you need select the categories as per your innovative product/solutions. After selecting the categories, you need to fill up the nomination form and submit the supporting documents. Once your nomination is shortlisted for the award AGBA team would do the proceedings. Lastly, you need to initiate the payment that is mandatory for participation..

Documents required along with the nomination form are

  • Nomination Form
  • Brief profile of the team lead and team members
  • A white paper/ proposal/ concept note/ project details. The white paper should contain an abstract of the idea not more than 1000 words or one page and the paper itself should not exceed three to five pages. If required we may ask for further details.
  • Case Study if the product or solution has been deployed in practical.
  • 5 critical Comparison with other similar products in Market.

A company can nominate multiple products under various categories but cannot nominate a single product under various categories. There is no limit for submission of nominations.
Yes, there is a nomination processing fees based on the company’s annual turnover:

Large and Mid-size firm

Annual Turn Over greater than $1Mn

  • USD $1000 + 18% GST

Small Firm
Annual Turn Over Less than $1Mn
  • USD $500 + 18% GST

Startup firm
Annual Turn Over greater than $1Mn
  • USD $200 + 18% GST

Academic Institutions
Annual Turn Over greater than $1 Mn
  • USD $300 + 18% GST

This is an acclaimed industry event. The nomination fees helps to cover the costs with administration and processing the large number of entries received. Fees contribute to the major part of operational cost of the award ceremony and the jury rounds. It is a sustainable model for us to make it to the largest innovation award

  • Submit your entry in English Language only
  • Once the nomination is shortlisted the company need to pay the nomination processing fees as per companies Turnover + 18% GST
  • If you have nominated your product/solution in previous awards, you cannot nominate the same product/solution.
  • Participation of entry does not guarantee getting an award.
  • If you have to rectify the form after submission, you will have to submit a new form requesting to cancel the previous one.
  • By submitting this nomination you accept that we can pass this information to judges and that, if the project wins, we can publish this information in print and online before, on or after award ceremony without further reference to any of the companies involved.
  • Categories may be realigned or reconsolidate with the mutual consent of Jury Members and Knowledge Partner
  • Final decision would be entirely based on the judgment of Jury members.

  • Companies need to choose a category from the website. Submit 150-200 words brief about the product/solution and Nomination Form before the deadline.
  • Short listing. (Within 2 days of submitting the nomination form)
  • Once shortlisted, companies need to send the required documents mentioned below and make the payment (Only shortlisted companies need to make the payment)
  • Shortlisted companies will be invited to give a 10 min presentation to the Jury and followed by 5 mins of Q/A from the Jury.
  • Only overseas participants have an option to give online presentation or submit recorded video.
  • Winners Selection as per Jury’s evaluation based on Decision Matrix prepared by Knowledge Partner
  • Innovativeness – Uniqueness in the solution/ services/ products which involves path breaking/ thought provoking contributions.
  • Market Potential/Impact – Commercial Value and impact on business. Impact on business productivity and improvement of Profitability/ Revenue or business goals.
  • Social Impact – Impact on ease of use or how brilliantly it has contributed to the ease of life. Did it change the way we evolve.
  • Sustainability – Sustainability of the success or business goals over a longer period. Ability to sustain the offering to contribute to futuristic goals.
  • Interoperability – Ability to integrate across platforms/ applications and user friendliness across platforms.
