NOMINATION REGISTRATION
To participate in the AGBA awards, register your company and nomination category by completing the nomination registration form, which requires basic details and payment of the nomination processing fee. Once the nomination registration is complete, you will be provided with a detailed nomination form to fill in the details of your innovation. STAGE TWO
JURY PRESENTATION
The nominee is required to give a presentation of their innovation to the jury, which is followed by a Q&A session. The jury evaluates the innovation based on the Aegis Graham Bell Awards evaluation criteria, and finalists for each category are chosen based on their ranking in the evaluation process.

EVALUATION CRITERIAS
- Problem Definition/ Market Opportunity: This criterion involves assessing whether the innovative product or solution is solving a real problem or addressing a genuine market opportunity. It involves analysing the size and scope of the problem or opportunity, understanding the target audience, and determining whether the solution is aligned with the needs of the market.
- Specific goals and objectives of the solution
- Evidence of research and data analysis supporting the problem and solution
- Measurable impact on the target audience or market
- Innovativeness: This criterion focuses on evaluating the level of novelty and uniqueness of the product/solution/solution. The level of innovation can be evaluated by considering factors such as the use of new technologies, unique features or functionalities, or novel business models.
- Uniqueness about the presented nomination or Demonstration of significant advancement/improvement over existing alternatives in the market.
- Type of innovation (Incremental, Disruptive, Radical)
- Intellectual property protection like Patent
- Market Potential/Impact: This criterion involves assessing the potential market size, growth prospects, and competitive landscape for the product or solution. It involves analyzing factors such as the size and growth rate of the target market, the level of competition, and the potential for market disruption. Scalability refers to the ability of the product or solution to grow and expand to meet increasing demand.
- Size and growth of the target market and potential revenue
- Market share and competitive landscape analysis
- Potential for cost savings or increased efficiency
- Scalability and adaptability in different contexts, geographies, or industries
- Social Impact and Sustainability: This criterion involves evaluating the impact of the product or solution on society and the environment. It involves assessing whether the solution contributes to the well-being of the community, promotes social responsibility, and demonstrates a commitment to sustainability. The impact on social and environmental factors such as public health, safety, and the environment should be considered.
- Contribution to the betterment of society or the environment
- Reduction of carbon footprint or environmental impact
- Contribution to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals
- Consideration of social responsibility and ethical practices

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Filing Of Nominations:
- All Innovation nominations are to be submitted/filed in legible English language to Aegis Graham Bell Award (AGBA) team. Video with foreign or Indian native languages is accepted, if submitted with the English subtitles. Language translator is permitted during the jury round presentation.
- One company may participate/nominate multiple products/Innovations under various categories. However, a single innovation is not acceptable under multiple categories. Separate forms need to be filled for separate categories.
- We welcome past edition participants with different/innovation in subsequent editions.
- Upon participation in AGBA, you accept that the information shared by you during the presentation, and other relevant information that you have shared about the innovation, innovator and presenter with AGBA, may be used for Promotion by AGBA and publishing in Digital, Print and Live media.
- Categories published by AGBA may be clubbed, realigned or consolidated with the mutual consent of esteemed Jury Members from time to time.
- In-case any nominee wants any alteration or changes in its submitted nomination, the same can be done by writing to the AGBA team at nominations@bellaward.com , AGBA may help you to replace the earlier submission with the new one, but this needs to be done within 15 days of submission.
- The selection of winners or finalists is entirely based on the judgment and assessment of Jury members during the jury rounds conducted over the year.
- Nomination processing fees are non-refundable.
- Submission of your innovations does not ensure you winning the award.
- If the jury identifies the innovation information misleading/wrong information, the submission will be disqualified.
- The participants need to follow ethical code of conduct
Commercials:
- Once the nomination is submitted the participant needs to pay the nomination processing fees as per the Company Turnover Criterion, along with applicable GST (current GST Rate is 18%).
- The payment can be done online or through bank transfer, as mentioned in the Proforma Invoice.
- Participants are requested to clear all payments against the Proforma Invoice.
