These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AGBA website and your participation in the Aegis Graham Bell Awards, an initiative by the Aegis Knowledge Trust.
By accessing this website or submitting a nomination, you agree to comply with the following Terms:
- Use of Website
- You may use the AGBA website solely for lawful purposes related to learning about, participating in, or supporting the awards process.
- You must not misuse the site, including attempting to access restricted information, uploading malicious content, or interfering with site functionality.
- Eligibility for Nomination
- Organizations and individuals submitting entries must meet the category-specific eligibility criteria.
- All nominations must be submitted with accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
- Evaluation & Jury Process
- AGBA follows a rigorous multi-stage jury process with domain experts from academia, industry, and government.
- The decision of the jury is final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals regarding the outcome will be entertained.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials submitted (presentations, case studies, demos, etc.) must be the original work of the nominee or properly credited with required permissions.
- AGBA retains the right to use any submitted materials for promotion, case studies, or knowledge sharing with due credit, unless explicitly denied by the participant in writing.
- Confidentiality
- All information shared by participants during nomination and jury evaluation is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
- We do not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without consent.
- Disqualification
- AGBA reserves the right to disqualify any participant for unethical conduct, misrepresentation of data, or violation of terms.
- Disqualification may occur at any stage of the award cycle without a refund.
- Modifications
- AGBA reserves the right to modify the terms, rules, and structure of the event, including dates, jury format, or categories, as required, without prior notice.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
